Invoice request

CitizenPlane does not usually charge customers directly, as most bookings are made through an online travel agent (eDreams, Opodo, GoVoyages, Kiwi, etc.)

You will be able to request an invoice for your booking by contacting your travel agent directly. 

We recommend checking your confirmation email, that was sent following your purchase to get more information on how to contact them.

If you have issues finding your travel agent, contact us using the question mark button in the lower-right corner, include your PNR number from CitizenPlane and our Support team will be happy to help you.

In the case that you booked through us directly, please check your reservation on with your PNR and Last Name and your invoice will appear on your personal space at the bottom of the page.
