Refund and Exchange Policy
All of our tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
As they are discounted tickets, they cannot be changed or refunded, even for a fee. Please also note that there is, unfortunately, no grace period associated with the tickets.
In the case of an injury, most credit card providers offer coverage when a passenger is unable to fly. You can lodge a claim with your card provider directly, and we will assist with any documentation that you might need.
If you purchased cancellation insurance during the booking process, you will need to contact the travel agency that charged you for the booking as we do not provide cancellation insurance, and they will be able to guide you through the refund process.
