How do I get my tickets?
As detailed during your booking, and in your confirmation email from CitizenPlane, online check-in is not available for most flights (unless informed otherwise in your confirmation) and you will need to retrieve your tickets at the check-in desk of the airline directly, 2 hours before the flight. A currently valid ID (identification)/passport is required for each passenger.
Please note that your ticket number and/or boarding pass are not available before check-in at the airport, as detailed in your confirmation email, as your ticket is part of a tour operator allocation.
